| Question: |
What is a "Broker"? |
| Answer: |
A Broker is defined as "One hired for a fee to negotiate purchases, contracts, or sales". A ticket broker does just that. There are people that want to sell their tickets and there are also people that want to buy those same tickets. There are two ways that a broker can do this. The broker can buy the tickets outright from the seller and hope that they can sell them. If the market drops or the tickets don't get sold the broker incurs the loss. The second way is the broker could take the tickets from the seller on consignment and keep a fee if they are sold. Either way a ticket broker puts the buyers and the sellers together for a fee. |
| Question: |
How do I search for tickets? |
| Answer: |
There is a search box at the top right-hand of the screen. You can put the name of the performer, team, city or venue in the box, then click search and a list will come with results. Click on the correct name you are searching for, and the list of available dates will appear. This is the easiest way to find tickets. |

| Question: |
How do we know that the tickets are genuine tickets? |
| Answer: |
By purchasing from a Licensed Ticket Broker you can be assured that we have taken the necessary precautions to guarantee that they are genuine. We verify all of our sources for tickets and only buy from those that are reliable. |
| Question: |
What is "Ticket Fast" or emailed tickets? |
| Answer: |
Ticket Fast and emailed tickets are quick and new alternatives to printed paper tickets. These are actual tickets, and they are 100% legitimate. Each ticket has a unique bar code that is scanned at the gate of the venue. Keep this ticket in a very safe place (like cash) and never make copies. Only the first scan of each ticket will be allowed entry into the event. Rest assured that we are not selling you duplicate or non-authentic tickets. At TicketBaron.com you are buying tickets from licensed and bonded professional ticket resellers. All of these sellers have state of the art inventory management systems that ensure that our customers receive valid and authentic tickets to the events. This is part of our 100% guarantee. |
| Question: |
Don't ticket brokers purchase large blocks of tickets that are never offered to the public? |
| Answer: |
No. Most performers and sports teams assure that this does not happen. Promoters make sure that the tickets are not sold in advance, and impose limits when they go on sale so that one person can not buy a large block. |
| Question: |
Where do you get your tickets? |
| Answer: |
We buy our tickets from a variety of worldwide suppliers including; ticket box offices, season ticket holders and other ticket resellers. We often purchase tickets from customers like you who have extra tickets to sell. |
| Question: |
Can I get tickets for events not listed on your website? |
| Answer: |
Yes, if you submit a Request for Ticket Information form or send an email, we will try to find the tickets you need. We are able to get pricing information on most major events. |
| Question: |
How do I know where my seats will be located? |
| Answer: |
Your tickets will be located in the area you ordered or in a better area. Exact section, row and seat numbers are not assigned until just before the tickets are shipped out. |
| Question: |
Will my tickets be shipped to me the same day I order them? |
| Answer: |
Tickets are sent as soon as they are physically available. That means we will ship your tickets to you (via the shipping method you selected) immediately after we receive them in our office. Most tickets are shipped within a few days of the date they were ordered. Some tickets, particularly those ordered for major events, take considerable time before we receive them. Often we do not receive them until the week of the event. However, your tickets are guaranteed and you will receive them prior to your event. |
| Question: |
Why are you charging me more than face value? |
| Answer: |
We carry premium tickets to sold out events, and pay premium prices to obtain tickets. Face value is not a factor in our pricing model. Pricing is based on ticket demand, availability and market conditions. |
| Question: |
Can I cancel for any reason after I place an order? |
| Answer: |
No. All sales are final and there are no cancellations or exchanges. |
| Question: |
Will I get a refund if my event cancels? |
| Answer: |
If an event completely cancels and is not rescheduled, then you have a choice of a full credit for future events or a face value refund will be issued. However, if part of an event cancels, there are no refunds issued. We are not liable for refunds for the following circumstances that are beyond our control: event postponement, rescheduling or time changes due to weather, nature, construction, or any other abnormal conditions or developments. |
| Question: |
Will the prices of the tickets decrease closer to the event? |
| Answer: |
In some cases the prices of the tickets go up, in some cases the prices of the tickets will go down. With this being a live market for tickets, there is no way of telling what will happen to the prices several weeks down the road. The live market dictates the price of the tickets. If everyone waits until the day of the event to purchase the tickets, it will cause a dramatic spike in the price. We recommend purchasing as early as possible prior to the event. As we move closer to the event, unforeseen circumstances can arise that have the potential to make your event skyrocket in price. It is best to play it safe. |
